The Belmont Tudor is located in the Winn Brook Neighborhood, a stone's throw from Winn Brook Elementary.  It's classic 1931 Old English charm shines through with wooden beams and wainscotting details.  Renovations included two new master suites, both of which highlight the house's architecture.

Other renovations included: all new windows, new electrical service, new whole house plumbing, new kitchen and appliances, complete gut of existing bathrooms and addition of two new full baths, new insulation ... the list continues!
